Q 2.What's your sample cost ? What's sample time ?
A:Generally $100,existing sample can be cheaper.If making mold,cost depends on your design.
Sample time is 5-7 days,for special sample ,time may differ,like making mold,etc
Q.3.Can sample cost or mold cost be refunded ?
A:Most can be refunded,but if your quantity is too small,it can't be refunded only if your total quantity reaches to factory's MOQ.

Q5.Whats your production leadtime ?
A:Generally it's 15-20 days,if your quantity is small,time can be less,if big quantity,time will be longer.

A:We can make sample design and effect photo for your confirmation,for special design,it will be perfect that you provide them to avoid mistakes,like 3D mold design,etc
